During this period, he has carried out Statutory Audits of companies / private banks, Tax Audits, Internal Audits and other advisory services for their varied clientele. He is also a Post Graduate in Business Management from the Prestigious Business school “Goa Institute of Management” at Ribandar, Goa.
At YPK, he specializes mainly in Statutory Audits, IFRS and Company Law matters.

Has worked with Sharp and Tannon Associates as ‘Assistant Manager – Internal Audit’ for a period of one year. Thereafter he joined Deloitte Haskins and Sells as Manager and worked with them for a period of seven years before joining YPK. Has gained experience in Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Limited Reviews, Internal Audits, SOX and Transfer pricing. He has got varied experience of different sectors of the economy and has worked for varied clientele which included some of the top Indian Listed Companies and their subsidiaries.
At YPK, he specializes mainly in Internal Audits, Limited Reviews, SOX compliance, Transfer Pricing, Direct Taxes and XBRL compliance.

Has done his articleship partly with Satish Dhume & Associates, Panaji – Goa for a period of 6 months and, the remaining 21⁄2 years of his articleship, he joined D. B.Kulkarni & Co., Belgaum – Karnataka. Thereafter, he was employed with CA Ramesh C. Joshi, Sangli for gaining working knowledge on Customs, Excise and Service Tax Laws, before joining YPK. At YPK, he specializes mainly in Internal Audits, Indirect Taxes, Project Financing and XBRL Compliance.
